Adobe Flex Builder for free

If you’re student, faculty, or staff at an educational institution and you want a free license of Adobe’s new Flex software, head over to flexregistration.com.

That is unless we’re being scammed… the WhoIs report comes up as being registered on GoDaddy to a Mr. Chunky Tuna…

It was built on the Eclipse environment, so all you Eclipse fans should check it out. I haven’t used it yet, but here’s Adobe’s definition blurb:

Flex is a highly productive, free open source framework for building and maintaining expressive web applications that deploy consistently on all major browsers, desktops, and operating systems. While Flex applications can be built using only the free Flex SDK, developers can use Adobe® Flex® Builder™ 3 software to dramatically accelerate development.
